After spending 14 years in house studying what makes employees succeed, Diane now translates her experience, combined with her graduate work in organizational psychology, into a coaching practice. In addition to her private practice, Diane is also a consultant with Firm Leader Inc. and a Senior Career Advisor with Shannon & Manch LLP.

Before launching her own business, Diane was the Senior Director of Professional Development and Organizational Effectiveness at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP (now Dewey & LeBoeuf), an Am Law 100 firm with more than 18 offices worldwide where she was responsible for the firm’s professional development, recruiting and legal personnel functions. She sat on the firm’s associates, recruiting and diversity committees and led several human resources cross functional teams.

Diane graduated cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from the College of the Holy Cross in 1994. She received a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University, Teachers College in 2002 and completed her NYU certification in Organizational and Executive Coaching in 2007. Diane is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation. She is also qualified to administer, interpret and coach from the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator® (MBTI) and the Emotional Competency Inventory® (ECI).

Diane is a member of ABA Law Practice Management Section’s Committee on Member Development and Career Paths Task Force. She is also a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York’s Committee on Career Advancement and Management. She has been published several times in both the New York Law Journal Magazine and the National Law Journal Magazine - click to view articles and is a regular columnist for The Complete Lawyer. She speaks regularly on many professional development and performance enhancement topics ranging from career strategy to business development and stress management.

As part of her commitment to continuous learning and to developing herself at all times, Diane is currently training for her black belt in a traditional Japanese style of karate at the World Seido Karate Organization (www.seido.com). She is also an avid meditation practitioner.
